What references do you take?

We take a credit reference that shows your credit worthiness and any history of judgments against you. We will also ask your employer to verify your salary and, if appropriate, get a reference from a previous landlord. Discuss with your negotiator any problem you anticipate, for example if you are self-employed or have had financial problems that are now behind you. It is possible to solve issues like these if we know about them from the beginning.
