What’s the difference between a Managed Property and Let Only?

Managed Properties are looked after throughout the tenancy by Doorknobs. Tenants simply report any repair or other problem to us and we take care of the problem on the landlords behalf. With a large number of properties under management, we have a number of specialist tradesmen working for us on a regular basis, so any problems can be sorted out quickly and efficiently.

 

You can easily identify Managed Properties listed on this website by looking for the icon.

 

Let Only means that we find a tenant for a property and the Landlord takes over the management and the tenant contacts the landlord direct. You will then deal directly with the landlord, paying them rent and contacting them with any problems you may have
