2. Visit valuation – while we are happy to give you an estimate over the phone we can provide a much more accurate valuation following a visit to your property – again without any obligation. A visit also enables us to recommend what steps may need to be taken to increase the desirability of a property with advice on décor and other issues so that it will appeal to a wide number of potential tenants and be let quickly.

At Doorknobs a property valuation is free and commission is only due when the property is successfully let.
