We take digital photographs of the property and the location to put on our website take notes so we can write an appealing description. If necessary, we advise on what needs to be done to make the property more attractive to the widest possible audience. This may include changes to décor; some spring-cleaning or other items that we know can affect the desirability of your property. From then on your property will be marketed in the followings ways:

• Doorknobs website - your property details are uploaded onto our site to include photographs, room descriptions and location details. It may even feature as our “Property of the Week.” - we are usually on 1st page of google largest site on the web?
• Doorknobs window display - our property details will be shown in our window display.
• Database of registered prospects - we match your property details to our database of registered home hunters and phone and/or text them with details so they can make an immediate appointment to view. We also tell them that details are available for inspection on our website we also mail them property details.
• Property Boards – subject to your approval a Property Board will be placed outside your property – this shows our phone number so that people can get details of a property 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
• Viewings - we understand that people can be very busy so we accommodate viewings and valuations so suit most requirements, including early evenings and Saturdays.
