Although I did not end up renting a property through Doorknobs, I appreciated Sophie's assistance and found her to be the most pleasant agent I dealt with in my property search. I felt she listened to what I was looking for, and came up with suggestions based on my requirements without pushing me to consider other properties which didn't meet them. If her friendly, professional approach is anything to go by then I would definitely be pleased to return to Doorknobs in the future as a tenant if I look to move again.
